Required Qualifications:
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems management, or a related role. Experience within a multi-location centers environment is a plus.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and operational management tools.
- Proven ability to manage and implement software solutions across multiple locations.
- Background in the pet care industry or experience working with small business software solutions is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting software systems (e.g., POS, operational software, reporting systems).
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their application in business operations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience working with API integrations, data migrations, or technical configurations is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including center owners, staff, and corporate management.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing excellent support and service.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to improving processes.
