Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience working with precision agriculture technologies, such as GPS guidance systems, and precision planting equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and the capacity to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze agronomic data
- Familiarity with agricultural software platforms and data management systems and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to promoting sustainable farming practices
- Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers

Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Early morning, evening, weekend, and work on holidays may be required as job duties demand.
