The Wholegoods Settlement Team is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for wholegoods inventory (new and used ag equipment).  This includes processing unit sales, submitting finance documents, remitting payment and registering units with vendors. The position requires close collaboration with sales, service, and wholegood inventory teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all wholegoods inventory transactions: purchases, sales, trades, transfers, and write-downs.
  • Track costs associated with equipment (freight, setup, reconditioning, attachments).
  • Monitor and reconcile floorplan (equipment financing) balances and interest charges.
  • Process and apply manufacturer programs and incentives.
  • Remit payments and register units with vendors.
  • Review equipment margins and analyze variances from expected cost/profit targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a dealership or inventory-driven business
  • Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of inventory costing and floorplan accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (e.g., Intellidealer, DIS, or equivalents)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Position Type:

This is a full-time role with a standard work schedule, to be determined and discussed upon hire.
