This position is responsible for data integrity of customer accounts and orders to ensure accurate and efficient order processing for product and service orders into Business Central. This role focuses on data entry, order processing, and cross-functional coordination within Business Central, especially during the high-volume Labor Law season. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Entry & Order Management: Accurately enter and manage sales orders, resolve order issues (e.g., payment, address, tax), monitor backlog, and maintain data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Director, Production Planner, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Seasonal Support: During peak season (Labor Law), manage large-scale order batches, coordinate item availability and shipping timelines, and communicate updates via Salesforce.
- Credit & Invoice Management: Track and follow up on declined payments, manage past-due invoices using HubSpot, and process returns/credits promptly.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Monitor workflow efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with IT, and maintain/upkeep detailed procedural documentation.
- Customer Support: Provide backup for customer service (calls, chats, emails), support annual collections efforts, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in system upgrades, back up teammates as needed, and take on special projects in a small, collaborative team environment.
