State Accredited Certified Nurse Aide Training Class
CNA Training Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to the facility residents.
- Must complete a minimum of 30 hrs. classroom / 75 hrs. floor
- Must pass a state written exams and state skilled test
- Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate work with other nursing assistants to ensure all care needs are met.
- Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor.
- Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility.
- Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time.
- Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- Adhere to safety precautions per each resident’s plan of care.
CNA Training Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills.
