We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can:

• Provide support and assistance for development and execution of annual marketing and communication plan activities including production and delivery of marketing collateral and public relations campaigns.
• Lead digital content development, producing and managing content for monthly emails to external stakeholders (several campaigns each month), website and social media platforms.
• Manage social media platforms and website, including SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with ad agency on paid search and digital campaigns.
• Assist in the development of content strategy and calendars, ensuring cohesive marketing messaging and alignment with enterprise and Marketing Communications goals.
• Evaluate social, email and web metrics and identify latest social strategies and technologies to improve marketing results. Use learnings to assist Marketing Communications Team in development of annual plan.
• Maintain accuracy of communication and marketing materials developed for enterprise use; update as appropriate.
• Maintain consistent corporate image and ensure brand voice in all marketing communications vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content marketing or advertising with emphasis on website and social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience writing for different digital channels, including social media, email and website. Experience writing for collateral, newsletters and PR materials a plus.
• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated individual who will continuously seek improvement opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of various social media platforms, web-based email platforms and content management systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML preferred.
• UX design experience a plus.
