Transport Driver / Warehouse Associate – $2,000 Signing Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Travel to dealers throughout ND, SD, & MN delivering product. Deliver to and pick up product in Billings Montana monthly.
- Operate a 1-ton pickup with a gooseneck trailer.
- Verify customer orders and process company documentation
- Load, secure, and transport heavy machinery parts
- Perform timely pick-ups and deliveries with excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate daily logs and handle paperwork with precision
- Hook/unhook trailers
- Work in the warehouse pulling and shipping parts when not delivering
- Participate in weekly and annual inventory audits
- Represent Arnold with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For
- CDL Class A License required
- 2+ years of driving or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening
- At least 21 years of age
- Familiarity with the local market and regional roadways
Working Conditions
- Long-distance travel, including nights and multi-day trips (up to 5+ consecutive days)
- Drive in all weather and road conditions
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, diesel fumes, and occasionally hazardous materials
- Must be able to lift/move 50–150 lbs. repeatedly
- Sit, stand, bend, and move through uneven terrain
- Work in varying climate conditions
