JUNIOR ERP ANALYST

Job Summary: This position is for a Junior ERP Analyst. The responsibilities of this person would be to assist in any task assigned involving ERP or general information technology. This individual will work within our IT team to facilitate the growth and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn all transactional areas of our ERP system to help facilitate improvements.
• Develop a plan with our team to leverage AI tools within our ERP system.
• Develop a plan to implement automation within our ERP where it makes sense.
• Learn the current IT landscape and assist in facilitating industry with the best practices.
• Work with the IT team to cross train in crucial areas.
• Learn the company’s internet operations and assist where needed.
• Communicate IT issues to vendors as needed.
• Work with the IT team on our ERP and Configurator development projects.
• Work with the IT team to learn BAQ and dashboard modification and creation.
• Be a resource for the company to utilize when IT issues arise.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with any ERP system. Not only using the system but assisting in the development, growth and implementation of ERP systems. (Epicor Preferred).
• SSRS or Crystal Reports Experience is a plus.
• The person needs to have a trouble shooting mind. Root cause analysis will drive a lot of objectives.
• Great attention to detail to include identifying problems and coming up with dynamic solutions.
• Must be able to handle deadlines and drive projects without being micro-managed.
• Positive attitude for learning. The tasks for this position can change every day and the person must love the variability that each day can bring. Adaptability will be essential for success in this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or IS Preferred.
• Solid work history of 2 years or more in any technical field.
• Experience with coding languages and platforms preferred (C# and SQL preferred).
