EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Blazemaster, OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid training must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.

	- Basic math skills are a necessity. The ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job requires standing, walking, and sitting; using hands and arms to reach, climb, and balance; stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, and hearing; lifting up to 100 lbs.; and having clear color vision.
	- Standing: Remains in a standing position to perform various job functions
 
	-  Climbing: ascending and descending ladders and the like
 
	- Crouching: Bending the body downward or forward by bending the leg and spine

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This position may expose you to wet or humid conditions, working near mechanical parts, working in high, precarious places, and the risk of electric shock. Noise levels can vary from low to very loud.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:
This job does not usually require traveling. However, if a personal vehicle is needed for company use during the workday, a mileage reimbursement expense form must be submitted. Out of town work is rare, but could be necessary on occasion.
