REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
Pathway is seeking a Director of Operations Management to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this mid-level leadership role is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal operations, supporting innovative programs like the Driven 2 Success (D2S) Micro Transit initiative, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee payroll processing and support financial reporting
- Assist with board meeting preparation and documentation
Grants & Program Oversight
- Manage and track grant activities, including writing and submitting reports
- Monitor program data and ensure compliance with grant requirements
Team Leadership & Culture
- Supervise and support staff, including performance evaluations
- Champion a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment
Executive & Administrative Coordination
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications
- Prepare reports and represent the CEO when needed
Program & Community Engagement
- Lead the D2S Micro Transit Program and ensure its operational success
- Attend community events and maintain strong partner relationships
Facilities & Logistics
- Provide backup support for building operations and supply management
- Assist with event setup and logistics as needed
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Flexibly support various organizational functions as needed to ensure smooth operations
