We’re currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and a heart for helping others.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and being a steady point of contact.


What You Will Do

Be the First Line of Help: Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and resolve subscriber issues with professionalism and care.

Support Our Readers: Set up and update customer accounts, handle subscription changes, and ensure every customer experience ends on a high note.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Document customer concerns accurately, manage data entry tasks, and maintain updated records using Microsoft Office tools.

Own Your Workday: Manage your responsibilities independently while staying responsive to team and reader needs.


What We’re Looking For

Customer-Focused: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role—whether in retail, office, or call center settings.

Communication Pro: Clear, friendly, and professional both over the phone and in person.

Tech-Ready: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and comfortable picking up new software.

Self-Starter: Able to stay on task and organized without constant supervision.

Detail-Oriented: You catch small errors, juggle multiple tasks, and keep things tidy and accurate.


What We Offer

Consistent Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Onsite Role: Be based in our Gainesville, GA office and play a key part in our day-to-day operations.
