Dock Greeter – Metro Caribbean

The Dock Greeter plays an important role in welcoming cruise ship visitors and promoting St. Thomas businesses and attractions. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet when they arrive on the island.

What You’ll Do

• Greet cruise ship passengers with a warm smile and positive attitude.

• Distribute our St. Thomas In A Day guide and marketing cards from local advertisers.

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.

• Stand outdoors for the duration of your shift (typically morning through lunchtime, about 4 hours).

• Occasionally assist with repacking bins of materials for distribution.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual.

• Reliable transportation to the cruise ship docks at Havensight and Crown Bay Center.

• Able to stand for several hours and work outdoors.
