Bartender- Park City - Hourly FT

Seeking a full-time bartender to work at Kemo Sabe Park City's Speakeasy bar. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Making and serving drinks to speakeasy customers
• Operating in keeping with all state and local liquor laws--Berg system, DABS rules, and properly recording sales using point of sale system.
• May assist events team for setup and takedown of events
• Maintaining daily bar cleanliness, including weekly bar cleaning and organizational tasks

• Must have experience bartending in a Utah bar
• Must be familiar with Berg and DABS rules and be able to apply them during shifts
• Must be able to be on your feet for hours at a time
• Must be able to bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
• Must have full-time availability and be somewhat flexible. Nights, weekends, and holidays are all expected shifts for this position.
