RNAC-PerDiem

Moravian Village is looking to hire a Temporary/Per Diem Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) for our skilled nursing facility.

The RNAC is responsible for over seeing all aspects of the MDS/Care Plan functions including scheduling of MDSs’, completion of and compliance of MDSs’ and CAAs by all departments, and oversee care plan completion. The RNAC will assist with consultation of medical records. The RNAC is responsible for MDS transmission procedures/corrections, Case Management duties, and Utilization Review in absence of the RNAC Director or the RNAC Manager.

Pennsylvania RN License

Minimum 2 years experience in a health care facility

Minimum 1 year of RNAC/Medicare/Assessment experience

Proficient in multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office and myUnity (EMR system)
