What’s a normal night like?:
You will field 0-50 calls depending on the night. Some of them are as simple as a driver needing their paperwork emailed to them. The extreme case would be a driver having mechanical problems in a city far from home and is loaded with passengers needing to get to an event. Between these two, there’s hundreds of examples! While you work by yourself, you’ll have some in person interactions with those in OKC and many over the phone. At 5am, there’s a hand-off to the 1st shift dispatch. The person who excels in this position is a friendly, self-starter who is proactive at finding issues and fixing them before they happen.

Dispatcher Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be able to field incoming phone calls throughout the shift.
