Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Every Other Weekend)

Who Are You?

You are a Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care. You’re highly skilled in clinical assessment, clear communication, and care coordination, with a passion for serving older adults. You are dependable, attentive, and ready to make a meaningful difference—especially during your 12-hour shifts and every other weekend rotation.


A Day in the Life:

  • Assess and monitor residents' conditions, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards

  • Provide guidance and supervision to LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs during your shift

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the care team

  • Communicate regularly with residents and their families, offering updates and emotional support

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and timely in accordance with regulatory standards

  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or changes in resident condition

  • Support and promote infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff


Qualifications:

  • License/Certification:

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas

    • Current CPR certification required

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred

  • Skills:

    • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and effective under pressure
