Lionsgate Academy, an innovative public charter school serving autistic students in grades 7–12 and a transition program for ages 18–22, is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Executive Director. Our school is built on a foundation of inclusion, respect, and customized learning — and we need a leader ready to continue our commitment to student-centered excellence.
Salary range: $130 - $160,000 (year-round position)
Benefits: full insurance and benefit package including six (6) weeks of PTO
Location: Shoreview, Minnesota
What You’ll Do:
- Lead an exceptional team of educators, specialists, and support staff.
- Champion neurodiversity through inclusive, evidence-based programming.
- Build partnerships with families, communities, and local agencies.
- Oversee operations, finances, compliance, and long-term strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in education administration, teaching or leadership
- 10+ years education related experience (special education, transition services or charter school)
- 5+ years experience building and supporting successful teams
- Passion for inclusion and high expectations for all learners
- A track record of building and sustaining dynamic educational programs
