Regional Director Clinical Services

This Regional Clinical Services Director role will reside in Ohio and cover the Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland Regions. 

Responsibilities:
•    Oversee operations and clinical services of the Community
•    Collaborate with Executive Directors to establish Community goals and objectives
•    Support Executive Director in developing and implementing innovative clinical strategies
•    During interim periods, may assume position of Community Director of Nursing
•    Evaluate Community adherence to all applicable regulations and approved clinical procedures
•    Serve as a resource during critical events, providing guidance, education, support and resources
•    Coordinate and lead development and training initiatives for new Communities
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN license required, BSN preferred.
•    A minimum of two years of relevant experience including multi-site management experience and/or Assisted Living Community leadership
