Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere

Manage dining room reservations and assist with seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and delivery of excellent guest experiences

Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions

Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area and ensure all areas are presentable for guests

Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management

Collaborate with the management team on ad hoc tasks, including helping with training and special duties when needed

Contribute to the overall positive environment of the restaurant by working well with the team and providing excellent service
