What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and product knowledge
- Build relationships with customers to create a loyal client base and generate repeat business
- Stay informed on new vehicle features, inventory updates, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering top-tier customer service
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth, seamless transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required—we offer training!
- A self-starter who is goal-oriented and eager to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge or interest in Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles is a bonus!

 Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
