Now Hiring: Automotive Sales Consultant (Dodge | Chrysler | Jeep)

Commission $60,000-$170,000 per year | 15%-20% Commission on Front Payable Gross | $250.00-$1,050.00 Bonus Potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance results per pay plan.

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and product knowledge
• Build relationships with customers to create a loyal client base and generate repeat business
• Stay informed on new vehicle features, inventory updates, and industry trends
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering top-tier customer service
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth, seamless transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is a plus but not required—we offer training!
• A self-starter who is goal-oriented and eager to succeed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Automotive knowledge or interest in Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles is a bonus!

 Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
