Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field and/or a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field with 2 years of management experience.Â
- Clinical licensure in Oklahoma preferred(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in a human services setting.
- Proven leadership ability in a multidisciplinary and multi-site environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- Must meet NorthCare training requirements within 30 days of hire.
- Must have a TB test within 12 months prior to employment or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Must maintain professional standards, licensing requirements, and ethical codes.
