Join our Foster Stabilization and Family Reunification team to make a lasting impact on families across Oklahoma! Partnering with Oklahoma Human Services (OHS) and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), we provide in-home and community-based services to stabilize placements and support reunification. As the Outpatient Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring quality care and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Some Key Duties:

  • Supervise and guide clinical and support staff, ensuring alignment with program goals, evidence-based practices, and agency standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the FSFR team and Enhanced Foster Care teams at OHS and ODMHSAS.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of service delivery, documentation, and compliance.
  • Provide clinical services, including assessments, crisis counseling, therapy, and care coordination, when needed.
  • Oversee workload distribution, productivity, and performance while fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and culturally competent team environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, peer reviews, and continuous training to maintain a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure in mental health (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and current automobile liability insurance are required.
  • Willingness to travel locally and adapt to the dynamic needs of the program.
