POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification: CPA, CMA preferred, but not required
- Experience: 7+ years in accounting and finance sector

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong background in costing methodologies and CAPEX planning
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvements in complex organizations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage preferred, Oracle Fusion a plus)
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
- Ability to challenge outdated processes and push for continuous improvement
- Strong communication and leadership abilities at all organizational levels
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Fixed Asset and Inventory Manager must be able to lift 25lbs.
