POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Proficiency in spoken English language.
- Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on external marketing initiatives in B2B or industrial sectors, preferably within the oil and gas or energy industries.
- Five or more years of experience in marketing, with a focus on external marketing initiatives in B2B or industrial sectors, preferably within the oil and gas or energy industries in lieu of degree
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media (LinkedIn) and website content management.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design tools. Knowledge of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing marketing projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Marketing Specialist works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The Marketing Specialist may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Marketing Specialist must be able to lift 25lbs.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
