Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 7-10 years of sales experience in technical sales or solution engineering in a a scientific products-based company, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and influence key decision-makers at the Director, VP and Executive level.
- Existing network of contacts within the life sciences and healthcare laboratory industry and product distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling scientific reagents, diagnostics, or life science products.
- Background in sales/account management, channel management, lead generation, or customer relationship building.
