Excellent oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Windows software programs (Outlook, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel); Typing: 55 w.p.m.; Â Must demonstrate leadership ability; Must be able to work independently; Must be able to pay attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining the office professional image
- Activate and deactivate answering service at appropriate times
- Greet and assist all incoming and outgoing callers and visitors
- Direct all incoming callers and visitors to respective staff members
- Filter and prioritize all emergency calls
- Assist management with various clerical functions including but not limited to:
- Typing various documents
- Photocopying
- Filing (Child document requests; filing individual child documents in ER; CY131 Process – completion & upload to ER; ACT 160 Process – completion and upload to ER; State & County Audit Assistance)
- Taking minutes at meetings and dictation
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Certificate of Insurance for vehicle
- Valid PA Inspection (even if vehicle is registered in another state)
- Valid/Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Current Act 33, Police Clearance and FBI Clearance
- City/County travel
