EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree in Business or related field preferred 

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least one year’s experience working within office management; or three years’ experience in an office environment with management experience

 

 

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS

  • None

 

 

STATUS

  • Full-Time; Non-Exempt

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Windows software programs (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel); Typing: 55 w.p.m.
  •  Must demonstrate leadership ability; Must be able to work independently; Must be able to pay attention to detail; Must be able to adjust in a fast pace working environment.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process agency reports from Child and Family Services Staff
  • File
  • Photocopy
  • Serve as a Finger-printer for the agency (through IdentoGo)
  • Prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
  • Attend meetings; take and complete minutes and action items of the meetings • Receive, track, and fax releases of information to obtain required medical, dental, and education information
  • Receive, track, and fax releases of information to obtain required medical, dental, and education information
  • Complete processes that include tracking, mailing, scanning, entering, and approving compliance documents into an internal tracking system, and external electronic filing systems (i.e., KIDS, Extended Reach, Excel); compliance documents are inclusive but not limited to ISP invitation letters, ISP’s, monthly progress reports, contact summaries, medical education and dental information; and clothing inventories
  • Complete the Foster Parent Registry process
  • Complete clearances
  • Other duties assigned based on organizational needs

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
  • Registered and insured vehicle
  • Certificate of Insurance for vehicle
  • Valid PA Inspection (even if vehicle is registered in another state)
  • Valid/Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Current Act 33, Police Clearance and FBI Clearance
  • City/County travel
