- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5-+ years of retail experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, digital marketing, and website development.
- Proficient in MS Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service focused, with the ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.
- Possess problem solving capabilities with a high degree of integrity, ethics, and dedication to the mission of the School.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work in an environment of constant demands and frequent interruptions.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and a variety of demands.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive work environment. Desire to collaborate with others and ability to work as a team member.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and independence in carrying out responsibilities.

Physical Demands: Â Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, and move boxes or inventory for the majority of the work day. May be required to lift up to 35 pounds.
