- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferred.
- Experience working with different operating systems, including Mac OS.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services.
- Act as a role model while engaging with a diverse student body and creating an inclusive environment.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with all constituents.Â
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
- Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive work environment. Desire to collaborate with others and ability to work as a team member.
Physical Demands:Â Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, and move computers and peripherals for the majority of the workday. May be required to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, crawl under desks, and confined spaces to install/uninstall and/or move equipment.Â
