Overview:
A Sender City Specialist is someone who is passionate to share climbing with guests of all ages through Sender City’s interactive climbing center.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable experiences and build connections by providing excellent customer service to all guests;
- Support our Party Leads host a fun and engaging party by assisting the Party Hosts and their guests;
- Provide information and product knowledge of Pro Shop products and gym offerings;
- Build confidence and provide reassurance for our Sender City guests when climbing;
- Educate and manage the inherent risks involved in climbing with all Sender City participants and guests including, but not limited to, the use of climbing gear (harness and helmet), the autobelay system, and climbing apparatuses;
- Ensure all Sender City participants and guests watch the video orientation in the briefing room and provide guidance navigating Sender City throughout their session;
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30lbs;
- Assist the Customer Experience team at the front desk, if needed;
- Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing.
