General Duties and Responsibilities
- Project and Program Design: Advise program managers, implementing partners, and INL DME (design, monitoring, and evaluation) specialists on the application of the INL design standards for projects and programs, including how to write goal and objective statements that meet the change and clarity standards, and how to develop valid indicators for goals and objectives, etc.
- Data Management: Work closely with INL program teams to enroll all appropriate projects in INL’s performance monitoring database, etc.
- Program Evaluation: Design and conduct internal evaluations of INL projects and programs using social science research and analysis methods, etc.
- Data Analysis, Visualization, and Data-Driven Learning: Analyze project and program monitoring data for decision-making purposes using social science research and analysis methods, etc.
- Training and Mentoring: Develop curriculum and teach project design, monitoring, and evaluation techniques to junior colleagues and non-experts, etc.
