Description

BlueForce Inc. is seeking Unit Programs Coordinators in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Creech Air Force Base, NV.

 

*Position is subject to contract award*

 

General Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The Contractor shall serve as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director and directly assist in all administrative support programs.
  • The Contractor shall serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
  • The Contractor shall effectively provide accurate information and advice in accordance with established guidelines.
  • The Contractor shall use and prepare documents in accordance with regulations and policies regularly.
  • The Contractor shall serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
  • The Contractor shall design effective communication plans to publicize unit program requirements, associated policies, and procedures.
  • The Contractor shall help squadron leadership maintain accurate listings of members in violation of established policies.
  • The Contractor shall establish controls, suspense dates, and follows ups to ensure that required actions and responses are made within deadlines.
  • The Contractor shall perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
  • The Contractor shall establish, maintain, control, and update file system accurately, as well as prepare and submit paperwork.
  • The Contractor shall acquire the knowledge of organizational and functional responsibilities, as well as the organizational relationships of the assigned units.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain SAP, NATO, and ACCM security access.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in/with the military.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in either an MQ-9 or RQ-170 Squadron Commander’s office, Group leadership-level, or Wing leadership-level office OR five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing Commander’s office.
  • Experience managing AF-IT and DRRS reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access database.
  • Possess skills required in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
  • Possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NATO and Alternate Compulsory Control Measure (ACCM) security access.
