MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources related field
- 5+ years of directly related experience Human Resources Generalist supporting 300+ employees
- Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- PHR, SPHR OR CHPR certification is preferred
- 7 + years’ experience as a talent acquisition leader/HR Generalist, supporting 300 or more employees
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit for an extensive period of time
- Perform tasks using standard computer equipment
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:Â
- Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
