JOB SUMMARY:Â
Acts as both a cashier and team leader of the POS and the front-end store operations. As a team leader, this person is responsible for leading staff, interacting with customers and representing Roger’s Gardens in a professional and courteous manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for organizing cashier functions.
- Assists in trouble shooting register problems.
- Helps train cashiers & customer support.
- Opens and closes the store.
- Provides courteous and friendly service.
- Provides customer service.
- Performs voids and returns on registers according to store policies.
- Re-prices returns at the registers.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
