JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives determined within the assigned sales team. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding … products. They are also responsible for assignments delegated by the Director of Operations and the Regional Sales Manager, which are not limited to the following essential responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive growth through strong communication skills and, where applicable, in-person interaction with prospects and clients
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert warm leads into new customers
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive outbound engagement and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Track and update all sales activities in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Share customer feedback to help shape future product development and marketing strategies
  • Uphold brand integrity and deliver a positive, solutions-oriented experience to every customer
  • Work collaboratively with team leader and other sales representatives to build, implement and execute your growth plan for the assigned area.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing local educational and sales events intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.
  • Takes initiative through projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
  • Maintains a strict adherence to privacy expectations for customers (HIPAA), employees, and the company. This might mean maintaining certifications

AREAS OF COMPETENCE:

 

  • In-depth understanding of customers and their requirements.
  • Clinically proficient in anatomy and willing to work within a medical facility’s processing department and operating room.
  • Ability to become technically proficient with the designated portfolio of products.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence others.
  • Ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls, texts, and emails in a positive and proficient manner.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrates critical and creative thinking, especially when resolving problems, as well as the ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
  • Self-motivated and capable of exceeding in a team environment.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365, and the willingness to learn new software.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education / Experience
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, including weekend(s) and evening(s).
