What You’ll Do:
- Oversee high-level tasking and scheduling across multiple technical teams in an IT operations and development environment
- Continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, while meeting established goals
- Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
- Responsible for measuring and reporting project performance, status and issues.
- Coordinate release content and effort based on the Application Tickets backlog, third party applications, or operating system updates
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
- Establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
- Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
- Manage Scrum processes and Agile Standups.
- Manage CAB meetings to review release scope and/or roadblocks
- Responsible for grooming and planning as well as running the daily stand-ups
- Monitoring of deployments, and collaboration with Product, Dev and QA teams
- Other projects as assigned

What You Will Need:
Â
- 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on technical knowledge and experience, working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners, to effectively push for timelines and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Jira and Monday.com
- Formal training in project management practices preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must Good knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- High degree of efficiency and motivation in work habits in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Scrum certification preferred

The starting hourly base pay for this position is $43-$53 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as part of the compensation package.
