What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! If you love helping others and are looking for a remote role with great growth opportunities, this might be the job for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We want to consistently deliver personalized and satisfying interactions that furthers customers' trust in our California Psychics brand. 

This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Florida, Nevada, or Texas.

We have vacancies for the following shifts which will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Please note - we cannot guarantee that your preferred shift will be available at the time of the offer. You must be open to considering other available options if your first choice is no longer open.

Our next training class begins on November 3rd. 

What You'll Do:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over all our channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Become an expert on our products, supporting our customers to connect with advisors to find the answers and guidance they are seeking.
• Assist customers to create and maintain existing accounts
• Be an advocate for our customers and proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may arise

 Who You Are:

Effective Communicator As the voice of our brand, you provide responsive, accurate, and authentic solutions to our customers.

Empathetic You know that how a message is conveyed is equally important as what is said.

Knowledgeable and Curious You thrive in learning and constantly work on improving skills. No matter what the issue, no matter how complex, you are a problem solver who welcomes and leans into challenges.

What You'll Need:

• Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or an up-selling environment
• Reliable High-speed internet connection. Minimum 100 Mbps required
• Typing speed: 45 wpm
• Quiet space to work at home
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Remote work experience - preferred

• All customer service representatives receive a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, which includes 3 weeks of paid training.
