What You’ll Do
- Engage with dedication in Atlas' Teaching Fellow program
- Teach under the guidance of exemplary teachers and instructional coaches
- Effectively receive, retain, and apply feedback and guidance given from various coaching parties
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and is appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
- Help to guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and objectives as indicated in the assigned lesson plan(s)
- Develop meaningful relationships with students and make a tangible impact on the minds' and lives' of students
- Maintain a neat and orderly classroom
- Ensure that students are never left unattended in the classroom
- Be knowledgeable in the procedures for referring students with disciplinary problems
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation & ScheduleÂ
- Salaried/Exempt
- Annual Salary:Â $36,750*
- Full Time; Monday – Friday; Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
