Who We’re Looking For
The Zoning Records Requestor plays a key support role in our zoning due diligence process by contacting local municipalities, agencies, and planning departments to obtain zoning verification letters, ordinances, maps, and related public records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, and attention to detail, and who wants to gain experience in commercial real estate and land use documentation.
Competitive hourly wage: $18 to $23 an hour
