Who We’re Looking For 

The Zoning Records Requestor plays a key support role in our zoning due diligence process by contacting local municipalities, agencies, and planning departments to obtain zoning verification letters, ordinances, maps, and related public records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, communication, and attention to detail, and who wants to gain experience in commercial real estate and land use documentation.

Competitive hourly wage: $18 to $23 an hour

As the primary caregiver to a newborn, we provide 12 weeks paid leave + another 4 weeks of part-time paid transition time to support your return. As the supporting caregiver, we provide 6 weeks of paid leave. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in real estate, planning, or geography preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional and courteous phone/email manner.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up persistently.

• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and file management tools.

• Prior administrative, research, or customer service experience preferred.

• Familiarity with municipal offices or zoning terminology is a plus, but not required.
