Minimum Education/Experience Required:

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in a human resource field preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED and experience working with children & families or home visiting experience is satisfactory.

English Language Ability:
Ability to write assessments, service plans, progress notes, weekly reports, and general correspondence related to participants. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, participants, funders, other organizations, and the general public.

Foreign Language Ability: (Desirable)
Ability to converse with participants in a language other than English (French, Spanish)

Mathematical Ability:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, decimals and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word.

- FSS/FSW are required to make home and/or field visits; therefore, FSS/FSW should be prepared to deal with outdoor weather conditions during their regular workday.
