Associate degree in health administration or businessย
management required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.ย
Proficiency on computer systems required. Trainingย
experience required.ย
Experience working in a health care administration,ย
knowledge of systems associated with practiceย
management in billing and collections.ย
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and foster good working relationships with other administrative staff to coordinate communication into and from the Manager's office.ย
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety ofย
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished inย
written, oral, diaยทgram, or schedule form.ย
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general businessย
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, orย
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, businessย
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectivelyย
present information and respond to questions from groups ofย
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.ย
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows XP. An assessment test may beย given as a condition of employment or as part of an annual performance evaluation.ย
Ability to apply mathematica I operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, samplfng theory and factor analysis.ย
