As a Customer Experience Specialist (CES), you will play a critical role in our 24/7 business operations, assisting customers with account needs while helping some of the biggest names in the industry transform funds from any source to any destination. You will provide exceptional service across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email—ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression with our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Assist Customers by providing accurate information and exceptional support regarding their accounts and our services
- Multitask Effectively by handling multiple chats and calls while maintaining top-tier service
- Problem Solve by investigating and escalating account issues as needed
- Update Customer Information to ensure records remain accurate
- Guide Customers through account applications and service processes
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems and web tools
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment (call center experience is a plus)
- Motivated to exceed goals and deliver top-tier customer experiences
- Receptive to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
Schedule and Work Environment
- Rotating 8-hour shifts (5 days per week)
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Some weekends required, paid at a premium rate)
- Primarily Remote with occasional in-office meetings
- Atlanta metro employees are expected to visit the Alpharetta office every six weeks
