The MLT performs a wide range of clearly defined analysis at acceptable levels of competency and on a timely basis. Â These analyses involve a level of independent judgment as delegated by the supervisor compatible with the level of acquired expertise. Â The employee performs routine laboratory procedures carefully and conscientiously using predetermined criteria and reports unusual conditions to the supervisor. Â Proficient and professional communications is required with patients, co-workers and physicians. Â Performs efficiently and accurately when assisting or carrying out physician orders, including appropriate documentation. Â Be knowledgeable of resources available within the clinic and throughout the community to provide optimum medical care to patients and their families.

Compensation
Hourly Wage Range:Â $26.40 - $33.79 Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
