Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist with a background in the automotive industry? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage payroll operations for our four dealership locations in San Diego.
What You’ll Do:
- Process multi-store payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and benefit contributions
- Work closely with HR and accounting teams for seamless payroll operations
- Address employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST HAVE dealership payroll experience , Paycom experience a PLUS! (dealertrack or similar DMS experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and best practices
- Ability to handle high-volume payroll processing with accuracy
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
