- OBJECTIVE / GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Understand and maintain a working knowledge of Stein Distributing total distribution and warehousing objectives and guidelines.
- Insure the upkeep, cleanliness, and security of facility. Always promote safety.
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a high level of performance of in-house personnel, including receiving, rotation (LIFO), accuracy, and proper operation of the equipment.
- Do daily physical inventory count of product and deposit items. Tax off destroyed, unusable products.
- Respond to the sales office and delivery special requests immediately. Emphasis on Customer Service.
- Transfer cooperage to north warehouse.
- Help with picking and loading On-Premise Bar routes.
- Ensure cardboard and plastic bales on done weekly.
- Check-in returning route drivers.
