Your Role at a Glance
As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll be the cornerstone of daily culinary operations at Harlow’s Lounge. You’ll oversee back-of-house performance, partner with front-of-house leadership, and drive both food quality and team culture—ensuring every guest experience is remarkable.
What You’ll Be Leading
- Full kitchen operations: prep, line, and execution
- Scheduling, supervising, and mentoring BOH team members
- Collaborating with FOH leadership to elevate service
- Managing food inventory, vendor relations, and ordering
- Supporting seasonal menu planning and plating standards
- Monitoring and optimizing food and labor costs
- Driving high performance through clear communication and accountability
- Other duties as assigned
We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in culinary/kitchen management
- Proven track record of stability and team leadership—minimum 2+ years in each of your last two roles is preferred
- Experience in high-touch service environments—weddings, events, or boutique restaurants
- Proven ability to lead stable, high-performing teams in a dynamic setting
- Hands-on knowledge of seasonal produce, diverse proteins, and menu development
- Familiarity with CRM/POS platforms like Toast, Aloha, or Micros
Bonus Points For:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
