About This Role
As a Wedding Venue Tour Guide, you will be a face of Trademark Venues, providing exceptional tours to potential clients. Your role is to highlight the unique features of our venues, answer operational questions, and create a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in helping couples envision their perfect wedding day and ensure they feel confident in choosing our venues.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wedding venues for prospective clients.
- Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue.
- Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and connect with diverse clients.
- Enthusiasm for weddings and event planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
