Make a Difference Today!
Do you love making a difference in the lives of children? Can you provide patience, understanding, and encouragement to help students with unique needs reach their full potential? Do you have a passion for supporting youth with disabilities or on the autism spectrum in achieving success both in and out of the classroom?
If you said yes — we want to meet you!
At Arc Experience, we bring learning to life through before and after-school programs that serve youth across Southern California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Imperial Valley.
We value our team members and invest in their growth by providing opportunities to build real-world skills, gain leadership experience, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
As an Inclusion Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students with special needs, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to fully participate in our before and after-school programs. You will provide direct, one-on-one or small-group support, adapting activities and engagement strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
