Our Young Global Professionals are an integral part of the Atlantic Council Turkey Program. Most of our work involves an all-hands-on-deck approach that requires interns to actively engage with our events, publications, and strategies. As a result, this position exposes interns to the writing and publishing procedure, logistical elements of event planning, and the process of creating strategic initiatives within a think tank.
Interns work closely with Atlantic Council Turkey Program team to provide important research and logistical support to the Center. They are also encouraged to participate in and attend events hosted by other programs at the Atlantic Council.
The successful candidates will have a passion for the work, an entrepreneurial ethos, and a collegial spirit; they will be an effective communicator; and will enjoy learning and growing in a fast-paced organization. Demonstrated interest in international affairs, especially US-Turkey relations, through classwork and/or experience is preferred.
