We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and packing operations, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately process shipments to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Review and code orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Pack and label materials in boxes and containers for shipment. 
•  Process and ship orders using the ERP system.
• Complete commercial and NAFTA invoices for international orders.
• Attend backlog and shipping status meetings as required. 
•  Operate sit down lift truck and Order Picker. 
• Provide backup support for Order Fulfillment, Put Away, and Receiving Associates.
• Ensure safe execution of tasks and compliance with company policies, including safety and housekeeping standards.
   

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing, stockroom, shipping and/or receiving preferred.
• International Shipping experience preferred not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excel.
• Working knowledge of production machinery and knowledge of electrical and mechanical components is highly desired but not required. 
• Work overtime and/or weekends as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.  The employee is frequently required to grasp, handle and feel objects, control and manage tools, and use hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
